Very excited to re-release All Fired Up with its new cover and series name. Why the changes? I'd received some very helpful feedback on my original cover, created by the talented Melody Pond. It was a beautiful and sizzling hot cover. But after receiving reviews and feedback, it's clear that All Fired Up is not just a romance. It's more of a mystery. Yes, the romance is still there, but it's the mystery that drives the story of Jack and Marianne and how their grandfathers were connected in a crime from the past. To better reflect the genre of mystery-romance, I needed a cover with mysterious elements. And I found it! Thanks to Beetifulbookcovers.com, I feel that this cover brings that mysterious element that was much needed. Plus it still looks sexy, in my opinion. Which brings me to the change of the series name. The previous series name was all about romance with no hint at the mystery elements. So, again, with a lot of helpful feedback from readers, I came up with the series name Barefoot by Moonlight Mystery-Romance Series. Perhaps a mouthful, but I wanted a series name that was both mystery and sexy. Hopefully, it delivers. For those of you who have already read All Fired Up (the 2016 publication version with hot pink cover), the release date for Book Two has been pushed out to March 2018 and I'll blog more on that in the coming months. In the meantime, two of my mystery-romance stories are making an appearance, again, as single titles. The Last Blind Date and One Step Over the Mistletoe Line were previously published in their shorter versions in romance anthologies with Cajunflair Publishing. The novella versions tell the full story of how much trouble can happen on The Last Blind Date and how tied up one can get on a snowy holiday get-a-way in One Step Over the Mistletoe Line. You can get a preview of these novella book covers and story descriptions on my website. Their release date is early November.
